Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support our accounting, construction administration, and general office operations. This is a permanent role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Office Assistant will serve as a key support person for management, project managers, and the estimating team, handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring office operations run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

General Office & Administrative Support

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally

Draft correspondence, emails, and basic documents

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

File, organize, and maintain physical and digital documents

Print reports and prepare materials as needed

Accounting & Financial Support

Assist with basic accounting tasks

Write and process checks

Organize invoices, receipts, and financial records

Support reporting and documentation needs

Provide administrative support to project managers and estimating team

Record and track compliance items (licenses, insurance, certifications, etc.)

Provide general office support to help keep daily

operations running efficiently


Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred

Experience in construction or accounting environments is

a plus (but not required)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable multitasking and handling a variety of responsibilities

Proficient in basic computer applications (email,

word processing, spreadsheets)

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Construction Project Manager

 Reinhardt Construction, one of Central Missouri’s most respected commercial builders/contractors, is searching for a full time Construction Project Manager.  This individual is responsible for project quality, cost control, and schedule adherence, working as a team with project superintendents and project engineers. Successful candidate must be service oriented and highly organized.  


  • Role & Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation of project estimate and manage budget throughout project duration
  • Manage communication and relationships with authorities having jurisdiction over project
  • Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders and manage the relationship with those companies throughout project
  • Manage project schedule, materials procurement, manpower and safety to achieve overall client satisfaction while meeting profitability goals and company quality standards

  

  • Preferred position requirements include:
  • A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar field 
  • Candidates must have a minimum of two to five years of experience in project management, however, individuals with experience in engineering and architecture will be considered
  • Must understand commercial construction means, methods and materials, including standard practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multi-task
  • Solid computer skills including familiarity with such programs as Excel, GoogleDocs, Bluebeam, Procore. 
  • Have an excellent work ethic
  • Proven experience in team environment
