We offer numerous enhanced services that differentiates us from our competitors. Reinhardt is one of the few construction firms that employs a full-time Quality Control/Building Envelope Superintendent to oversee the quality of work that goes into each of our projects, especially as it relates to the building envelope. Our work on building envelope design detail reviews during the pre-construction phase will ensure that we alleviate any concerns of water or air infiltration when the project is complete, making the building as energy efficient as possible.
Another service we provide is the use of LEAN techniques and procedures. LEAN construction methods seek to reduce the waste involved and the time required in all construction projects and borrows heavily from LEAN manufacturing methods. These techniques include a more collaborative process with all participants that results in reduced project costs and a shorter time to project completion.
Our Pull Planning methodology will help ensure that this project is completed on schedule or before. This high degree of collaboration among all the key stakeholders where everyone’s expertise is meshed into one cohesive group should identify any potential problems and cut down on any unnecessary time spent.
Reinhardt has made significant investments in training, software and hardware to provide complete building information modeling and clash detection on our projects. We have the ability to develop a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Execution Plan for the project and manage all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors through a complete mechanical coordination process. This process can significantly reduce construction time and change orders.

When an Owner embarks on any construction project, there are always many questions such as total cost, schedule, layout, aesthetics, materials and size. Pre-Construction is the design and planning period in the life of a construction project. Reinhardt Construction would prefer to always be a part of this process. Just as an architect brings specific areas of expertise to the project so does a construction manager or design/ builder. A good pre-construction process greatly increases the chances that a construction project will be successful and meet the Owner’s needs and expectations.
On almost all building projects, specialized subcontractors perform much of the work. As a construction manager and design/builder, Reinhardt Construction works hard to make sure the Owner gets multiple, competitive bids from the best subcontractors in all aspects of a project.
