Another service we provide is the use of LEAN techniques and procedures. LEAN construction methods seek to reduce the waste involved and the time required in all construction projects and borrows heavily from LEAN manufacturing methods. These techniques include a more collaborative process with all participants that results in reduced project costs and a shorter time to project completion.
Our Pull Planning methodology will help ensure that this project is completed on schedule or before. This high degree of collaboration among all the key stakeholders where everyone’s expertise is meshed into one cohesive group should identify any potential problems and cut down on any unnecessary time spent.
Reinhardt has made significant investments in training, software and hardware to provide complete building information modeling and clash detection on our projects. We have the ability to develop a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Execution Plan for the project and manage all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors through a complete mechanical coordination process. This process can significantly reduce construction time and change orders.
